Again, we love the Chase family. We were able to spend an afternoon and evening in April, while Angie was out of town, with cute little Emily. She is such a fun little girl. She once told me "I feel like you are a really fun cousin or something!" I'm so honored to have her think of me as family. We had such a fun night this night. This was the same day we had found the baby bunnies. After spending some time playing with the bunnies, we went to Fayetteville, and ate dinner at Noodles. Emily tried Spinach Artichoke Dip for the first time, and really, REALLY liked it. Then, we went bowling. Nick "bet" Emily $50 that he would beat her at bowling...she wound up creaming him. I'm really glad we don't really bet in our house, otherwise we would be unloading quite a bit of moolah to a 12 year old. After bowling, we went to Maggie Moo's for ice cream. Emily said her family used to go to Maggie Moo's (or maybe it was someplace like it), when they lived in Boise, and she always got cotton candy ice cream with gummy bears. She was feeling nostalgic, so she got the same flavor combination that night. We had such a blast. So grateful to have our fun, extended family, here in Bentonville!
