Blast from the Past...Date night with Emily

We had another date night with Emily C. in September.  She came over, gave me an AWESOME manicure.  Then, we treated her to dinner and dessert. For dinner we went to Flying Burrito.  Em had never had the pleasure of eating of 10 pound burrito (maybe that is an exaggeration, but the thing was HUGE)!  She only ate half and took the rest home.  After dinner we went to Coldstone for dessert.  Emily's eyes were much bigger than her stomach.  Her ice cream wound up being twice the size of the rest of ours.  We couldn't help but laugh as Nick and I joked about how much we would pay her to eat the whole thing.  Of course, all 25 pounds of her could never eat this much ice cream, but it was fun to see how much money it would take for her to try.  We love our "Emily Dates".  She is such a fun girl and brings our family a lot of happiness.
