Can't believe it has been so long

I'm a roller coaster blogger. I am up and down with posting, and I apologize for that. Life gets in the way sometimes, and I let my blogging fall to the wayside. Then, I am overcome with a sense of urgency that I need to record these precious moments, these spiritual ponderings, and these funny little stories.

Over the last few months, I have started a new job at Washington Regional Hospice. I a, really loving my employment there. The people are great to work with, the money is good, and we have insurance finally! Woohoo!!

It is always hard to leave my kids to go to work full time, but I have peace about it knowing they are with family, and having had the spiritual confirmation that I did, that this is the right choice for our family right now.

Brody is doing so well in school. He is reading well beyond a third grade level, and his math skills blow me away. He is our little genius. He has really gotten into having friends over to play lately, so, we have had lots of little boys running around the house. It is so fun for me to see them having so much fun, just being little boys.

Peyton is in her last few months of Joy School. She loves her little classmates, and loves to learn. She always comes home with some neat fact, or new wealth of information. She is also really enjoying dance class right now.

Beckett is 16 months, and his little personality is truly emerging. It is so fun to see him laugh and play. His favorite game right now is hiding. He loves to find little hiding places around the. House. His favorites right now are the dryer and an empty cabinet that we have in our kitchen.

Nick is studying hard in school, and working very hard in the business. He is really learning a good work/life balance, and is enjoying his roll of being a part time stay at home dad. I am grateful for all that he does.

That is our update in a nutshell. I promise more posts and pictures to come.
